Adjudication and Governance Committee
Assist the Board in discharging its responsibilities relating to the development and implementation of guidelines for the promotion of good governance of community schemes and the implementation of the CSOS the dispute resolution services.
Audit, Risk and Finance Committee
Oversees financial management, risk management, interval controls and ensures the integrity of financial reporting of financial reporting processes.
Human Capital and Remunerations Committee
Oversees human capital strategies, talent management and ensures fair and responsible remuneration practices.
